- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of roadmap delivery if the material does not match the service description
- No refunds are available after you've accessed the 30-day support period or asked clarification questions
- Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind or because government agencies made decisions about your application
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a detailed explanation
