If you've already purchased a roadmap and have clarification questions, your 30-day support window begins the day your roadmap is delivered. Email us anytime during that period—there's no limit to the number of questions you can ask.
After the 30-day window, you can still reach out with follow-up questions. We may suggest an extended support package if your situation has significantly changed or become more complex.
